Your Best Coaches, Could Already Be In Your Gym...
Train them over time & allow development through observation, critical thinking & leadership.

Why This Matters
Staffing a gym shouldn't feel like a revolving doors. With TILT, you can:
💡 Develop a staff pipeline from athletes you already know and trust.
💰 Save time and money on recruiting and training outsiders.
📈 Improve retention by keeping teens invested in your gym through leadership opportunities.
🏆 Strengthen your culture with homegrown leaders who understand your values.
How It Works
Enroll Your Gym: Sign up your gym and book an on-boarding meeting.
Assign Mentor Coaches: One mentor for every 3 athletes (we’ll guide their role).
Announce the program: Spread the word to your gym using our email templates, flyers or social media posts.
Accept Athlete Applications: Use TILTs editable application for your athletes to show their interest.
Monthly Training: Teens complete online lessons and activities as well as in-gym observations and join a live Zoom call each month.
Apply in the Gym: Teens practice leadership, judging, and coaching alongside your staff.
Watch Them Grow: By the end, you’ll have a pool of confident, trained teens ready to step into staff roles.
